Frad Talks has another comeback! On the afternoon of June 9, 2022, the monthly Frad Talks was  held in the tea room  as scheduled. The theme of this session was  "On-site Flower Arrangement Teaching", in which the speaker Ella would teach more than ten partners who had  signed up for the  activity.

Tips.

There are three elements in a flower arrangement that arouse the viewers’ emotional response.

First is the creativity or intention, which refers to what theme is expressed and what flower material should be chosen.

The second is the conception (or composition), which refers to how these flowers are cleverly arranged to fully reveal their respective beauty in the works.

The third is the  receptacle, which refers to the flower arrangement vessels that go with the creativity.

With the organic cooperation of the three elements, the works will give people  an enjoyment of beauty.

The monologue of the participant

On the afternoon of June 9, the company held a simple and elegant flower arrangement activity. This activity was guided by our teacher Ella.

Before the flower arrangement, Ms. Ella briefly introduced the origin and development of the art of flower arrangement and the process of flower arrangement, so that everyone had a basic understanding of the art of flower arrangement. After that, Ms. Wen, who is proficient in the art of flower arrangement, explained and demonstrated the basic methods of flower arrangement on site. Her works were elegant and  appealing, and the flowers were simple but not  conventional. The employees of the company were eager to try it out, exerting their creativity and integrating the shapes, so that the originally ordinary flowers and plants fell on the Jianshan Mountain in a staggered manner after being trimmed by the employees' skillful hands, and pots of Chinese elegant flower buds bloomed quietly. Looking at the flower arrangement works created by their own hands, everyone felt full of sense of accomplishment and happiness.

 “Love not your golden dress, I pray. More than your youthful golden hours! Gather sweet blossoms while you may, and not the twig devoid of flowers!” Flowers have their own poetry, and all we need is a pair of eyes to find  beauty. The flower arrangement  activity not only soothed the employees in their busy work and cultivated their sentiments, but also provided sufficient power for efficient work in the future.
