Brand Incentive Program Awards

The "Brand Promotion Incentive Program " is a plan launched by the company for all Frad partners to make a comprehensive assessment of their brand promotion contribution and give them corresponding encouragement. After two months of staff promotion, the total  reading volume of the company's new media accounts exceeded 6,900 times and the total  sharing volume exceeded 430 times. The brand communication  has achieved initial results and won wide praise from insiders. At present, the statistical results of the awards have been officially released, and in order to recognize the outstanding contribution of Frad partners to the company's brand promotion, the company held a brand incentive program award activity in the tea room  on October 14, 2022.




01. The event started with a speech form the leader

The award ceremony was hosted by Ms. Lydie, Director of Research and Development Center. At the beginning of the event, Ms. Lydie introduced the current operation status of the company's new media, in which the growth of fans and the total  reading volume exceeded the company's expectations. General Manager Mr. Xin Sijian and Deputy General Manager Mr. Bi Yanhui also shared the initial intention of the company to promote the new media  and their expectations for the future development of new media publicity .



02. Award  ceremony

FRAd Award for Integrated Contribution to Brand Communication

Two awards were selected for the brand incentive program. The FRAd Brand Communication Integrated Contribution Award  presented by General Manager Mr. Xin was given to  Zhao Yiping from the Business Department and Zhuang Bingrong from the Research and Development Center for their outstanding contributions to the company's brand promotion in the third quarter .

FRAd Brand Communication Excellence Award

The FRAd Brand Communication Excellence Award  presented by Vice President Mr. Bi was given to  Xie Linling from the Business Department. Xie Linling actively promoted her account in the third quarter and helped the number of fans grow, so she was awarded the honor of quarterly excellence award.

Surprise Gift

In addition to the honorary rewards, the company also prepared a surprise gift - "lottery" for FRAd partners who were  on the list of points but did not get the honor. Premium content in the communication has similarities with the lottery to some extent. Nobody will win the lottery if no one buys after the lottery is made, and it is impossible to achieve the transformation of benefits if no one spreads the premium content. Any forwarding by FRAd partners may extended the spreading range and help the company to transform the premium content into substantial benefits.
