With the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road policy and the rapid development of China's import and export trade, disputes over maritime cargo transportation and freight forwarding contracts occur from time to time. In order to provide more comprehensive and professional services to customers and improve the efficiency of case handling in the future, Frad decided to organize professional skills training for our partners.

On September 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm, the online sharing meeting of "Common Risks and Disputes of Marine Cargo Transportation and Forwarding Contracts" presented by Mr. Chen Xin, a partner of Junhe Law Firm, was held as scheduled, and Frad partners gathered in the meeting room to learn professional knowledge.

This sharing session was  divided into three main parts as follows.

During the process, Mr. Chen Xin combined specific examples and carefully explained each part of the content for us, and the Frad partners also took notes carefully and did not miss any details.

After the meeting, Frad's partners expressed that they had benefited a lot and would be more proficient in handling related cases in the future.
