Background

In June 2024, we were assigned by a Chinese appliance enterprise’s insurer to conduct a risk survey at the production base of the enterprise located in Indonesia. Due to its special geographical location, Indonesia is prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, heavy rain, floods and lightning. A risk management service was urgently required for the enterprise.

Service Content

This survey assignment was in the rush. After accepting the assignment, Frad immediately deployed and utilized the local resource network in Indonesia to arrange the survey within less than 3 working days. During the survey, Frad risk management team conducted a comprehensive survey to each building and its surroundings at the production base based on the COPE model (Construction, Occupation, Protection, Exposure). Frad team also carefully inspected key risk points such as the factory's production process and fire-fighting facilities, and collected various safety production documents as required by the client and conducted PML calculations.
