The environmental risk substances involved in the enterprise were: acetylene, liquid nitrogen, liquid ammonia, hydrochloric acid, diluent series, sodium hydroxide, degrease agent, SC FILM215S chrome-free fingerprint resistant agent, epoxy back paint, etc., and the on-site storage had been verified. Our company had acquired the basic information of the enterprise, including the enterprise scale and the number of full-time environmental safety management personnel. The management of environmental protection procedures of enterprises had been inspected, and relevant environmental protection procedures had been passed, including the EIA approval, completion acceptance report, emission permit application, cleaner production audit, emergency plan filing, safety status assessment report, etc. The pollution discharge of the enterprise was verified, and no excessive emission was found. Environmental protection facilities met the production needs of the enterprise. The collection and disposal situation of hazardous waste were inspected, and no obvious defects were found. The enterprise was equipped with relevant emergency supplies on site.

Risk Control Service Situation

The enterprise regularly organizes emergency plan drills and has a high awareness of environmental protection and safety. A recent drill was on November 5th, 2021. The environmental protection facilities of the enterprise have no safety risk assessments and have certain risks. Besides, on the day of inspection, the enterprise failed to provide environmental acceptance report.

The enterprise later supplied the environmental acceptance report. Our company recommended and provided the assessment suggestions on safety risks of environmental protection facilities.
