Background

In October 2024, Frad was assigned by a Chinese smart terminal device enterprise’s insurer to provide risk mitigation service to the enterprise’s logistics management. The enterprise’s mobile phone sales volume and market share kept climbing up at Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia markets year by year. To catch up with the climbing sales volume and offer more efficient delivery service, the enterprise was setting up logistics warehouses in various continents and countries around the world, actively built a globalized logistics system. As the entire logistics system kept expanding, it also getting further from the management center, and the risks in logistics transportation were also increasing accordingly.

Service Contents

Questionnaire Investigation: Create and distribute questionnaires to collect firsthand information and data. Comprehensively understanding the overall architecture, operating mode, and characteristics of the enterprise's logistics system.

Risk Analysis: Based on the information acquired from the questionnaire investigation, combining with our further desktop research and experience, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of logistics risks. Identify potential risk points, classify risk types, and form an exclusive risk hotspot map.

Risk Control and Suggestion: Identified risks, then proposed loss prevention suggestions and counter measures.

On-site Communication: Conduct tripartite meetings with the enterprise and its insurer to report on the risk status and review the project.
