After a large amount of investigation and analysis in the early stage, our company believes that the accident is more likely to be caused by the battery itself, such as battery leakage of liquid, but to confirm this point of view, we need to carry out technical testing, through which we may know the exact cause. Because the batteries involved were so burned out, laboratory testing was nearly impossible. The claimant claims a total amount of USD 219,921.70.
